We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with 2.5+ years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon, India. As a key member of our backend development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable server-side applications. You will work on high-performance applications, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.

About this position

As a Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient, scalable, and high-performance backend solutions. You will work with JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and related technologies to build APIs, microservices, and server-side applications. You will also ensure code quality, optimize application performance, and contribute to technical discussions and decision-making processes.

What are you going to do?

Develop and Maintain high-performance and scalable backend applications using Node.js.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following industry best practices.

Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.

Design scalable and robust solutions, contributing to key architectural decisions.

Develop APIs and microservices for seamless communication between services.

Optimize application performance to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with backend logic.

Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and participate in technical discussions and decision-making processes.

Monitor and maintain applications post-deployment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Manage deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines for smooth production releases.

You need to have:

Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+)

Experience with Express, Koa, or NestJS

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices architecture

Hands-on experience with SQL & NoSQL databases and data modeling

Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub)

Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
