What we built?
Paisabazaar understood the importance of a user-friendly experience in the competitive Fintech landscape because of their falling CRO. Their previous UI, however, presented challenges with navigation and clutter, making it difficult for users to find what they needed. To address this, we implemented a comprehensive strategy that included a UI overhaul. This redesign prioritized clean layouts and intuitive navigation, ensuring a smoother user journey. Additionally, we optimized the platform for search engines (SEO), significantly boosting its visibility. The project's success was evident – Paisabazaar witnessed a double-digit growth in traffic, demonstrating the positive impact of these improvements.
The entire user experience to help people navigate credit card options with confidence was revamped. This included resolving issues related to accessing credit card information and streamlining the application process. Additionally, we introduced engaging widgets like a "credit card approval meter" to visually represent the probability of getting approved for a particular card. By prompting for credit card information at a more relevant point in the user journey, we created a more intuitive and efficient experience.
