Most cloud monitoring tools are typically very difficult to set up and understand, especially for non-DevOps or nonsystem administrators. Most companies running on AWS have no other choice to monitor their tech stack apart from using CloudWatch for certain AWS services but Amazon’s own user interface for Cloudwatch is very underwhelming.

Integrating server monitoring tools into other business communication tools like Slack, email, etc. is cumbersome and highly technical in nature
