We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with 2.5+ years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon, India. As a key member of our backend development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable server-side applications. You will work on high-performance applications, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.

About this position

As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient, scalable, and high-performance backend solutions. You will work with Python, Flask, Django, FastAPI, and related technologies to build APIs, microservices, and server-side applications. You will also ensure code quality, optimize application performance, and contribute to technical discussions and decision-making processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend logic with user-facing elements and ensure seamless deployment through CI/CD pipelines.

What are you going to do?

Develop and maintain high-performance and scalable backend applications using Python (Flask, Django, FastAPI).

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following Pythonic conventions and industry best practices.

Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing (using tools like pytest, unittest).

Design scalable and robust solutions, contributing to key architectural decisions and applying design patterns in Python-based applications.

Develop APIs and microservices for seamless communication between services, using Python web frameworks (Flask, Django REST framework, FastAPI).

Optimize application performance to ensure scalability and efficiency, leveraging Python profiling tools and performance tuning techniques.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with backend logic, utilizing API endpoints and web sockets (if applicable).

Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and participate in technical discussions and decision-making processes related to Python development.

Monitor and maintain applications post-deployment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability with tools like logging, monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana), and debugging in Python.

Manage deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines (using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions) for smooth production releases of Python applications.
